Improve Physiotherapy

About us

Our Purpose

Our purpose is simple! We are passionate about improving the patient experience. We believe this is what sets us apart from other Physio clinics in Western Australia. We understand the frustration of leaving a consultation having not been heard, as well as not feeling any different following a treatment.

At Improve Physiotherapy, we listen and align your expectations with a tailored treatment management plan, in order to meet your expectations, improve compliance with home exercises and recovery outcomes.

We are looking forward to hearing your story and meeting your expectations.

What should I expect on my initial consultation?
  1. You will be greeted by our friendly staff members in reception.
  2. At the start of the consult, the Physio will listen and ask important questions relative to your symptoms and your expectations.
  3. The Physiotherapist will then conduct a physical examination to determine the diagnosis.
  4. You will then be given a brief understanding on the condition.
  5. Following this, the Physio will suggest the possible treatment options specific for your condition, which is mutually agreed upon.
  6. Following tailored treatment to improve symptoms, you will be shown a measurable change before and after to show improvement (dependent on condition).
  7. You will then receive specific home exercises to manage your condition between sessions.
  8. Finally, we will discuss an estimated timeframe for recovery and suggest the number of consultations you will need to reach your goal.
